Frequently Asked Questions

How Does Billing Work?

You will be billed MONTHLY on the first service date of each month You have 14 Days to pay your outstanding balance, before late fees will apply. if payment is not made before next invoice services WILL DISCONTINUE UNTIL PAYMENTS ARE MADE.

First time and One Time Services are billed after the visit is complete.

 

Once your first service is completed you have the option to autobill or pay by invoice via debit/Credit card or Bank withdrawl.

Do You Scoop In Bad Weather?

We scoop in all weather!

Rain, Shine, Sleet, and wind you name it we still show up!

However, in the case of EXTREME weather conditions we will keep you informed if your service may be moved for our saftey. But it wont ever Affect the cost

How Do You Dispose Of The Waste?

For Reoccurring customers waste will be double bagged after each visit and placed in the property's trash can.

For one time and first time appointments we will take the waste with us and dispose of with the local waste management site.

​

IF you do NOT have a trash can available or wish for us to dispose of waste after every appointment we are happy to do so for an additional fee.

Can My Dog Be Outside While You Are On Property?

The short answer is no.

 

For the safety of us and your pet we do ask that your dog(s) are contained either in the house or a kennel. If you would like to come out while we are on property with your pup we are happy to give ear scratches and treats but we ask that you DO NOT leave your pet unattended with us on the property.

What Services Do You Offer?

Scoopology Poop Removal offers residential and commercial pet waste removal services. These services include One Time Clean, Weekly Cleaning, Every Other Week Cleaning, and Seasonal Cleaning. All pricing is based on an area size of 1/2 of an acre. Larger areas will have an additional charge.

What Happens If you Cant Access The Property?

The Customer understands that if Scoopology Poop Removal can’t access the area needing cleaning due to locked/blocked/frozen gates or aggressive dogs in the yard; the scoop will be skipped and charges will still apply. Scoopology Poop Removal suggests adding gate combinations or locks keys to your file to avoid locked gates. If the customer requests we come back, a $5 driving fee will be added to the customer’s bill.

Can I Change, Stop, Or Pause My Plan?

Yes!

With Scoopology there are no contracts,  so if you need to skip a week, pause your services, or change the frequency please let us know and we are happy to accommodate!

we just ask that you let us know 24 hrs before your normally scheduled services.

What If My Cleanup Day Falls On A Holiday?

You will still receive service for that week, but on a different day than your normal service day. We will notify you in advance which day we’ll be out. Service will resume on your usual service day the following week.

Does My Lawn Need to Be Regulary Mowed?

We will always strive to clean your property to the best of our abilities. We understand that life happens and grass grows, leafs fall etc. Please understand that if your property is overgrown or covered in debris we may not be able to locate all the waste.

If the property is EXTREMLEY overgrown we may deny services until you have made it serviceable. If it is a repeat offense we will charge 50% of the visit to hold your space on the schedule until your property is accessible.

Privacy Policy

We may collect personal information from you on our Sites or through any other digital or personal communication with you. Information collected by us is voluntarily provided by you and may include your name, email address, phone number, and physical address. Our Sites may collect general information about the service you are requesting, such as the type of property and area needing assistance, the type and number of pets you have, and general information about your pet’s behavior. We collect information about you to provide you with our services. We use personal information about our users for various purposes related to our business; your data is for Scoopology Poop Removal use only. We will never sell your information or send it to third parties. We may provide user information to third-party service providers or vendors for purposes of, including without limitation, processing your payments or sending information to you, data tracking, maintenance, or development of our System. We may also share your personal data connected with law enforcement requests or responses to investigations, subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims or as otherwise required by law.

Are You Licensed and Insured?

YES 

We are registered under Scoopology Poop Removal LLC with the State of NC Secretary of State.

We would also be happy to provide you with a copy of our insurnace policy upon request.

Additional Charges

The following are items we charge extra for:

  • Property over 1/2 of an Acre 

  • Cleaning/sanitizing dog waste from decks/patios/sidewalks 

  • Come Back request 

  • Front Yard Service (not included in your normal scoop )

  • Waiting- if you delay our normal scheduled scoop more than 15 minutes 

  • Unable to gain access to property due to locked gate/unattended dog/etc.  

  • Late payments to your invoices will be charged a late fee after 14 days from date sent. Services will be cancelled without active effort to pay down invoice totals.
